Who am I?
I'm a Veterinary Cardiologist and leadership facilitator, working at the intersection of people, culture and performance.
With 30 plus years of experience in all aspects the veterinary profession and multiple coaching experiences, my passion is bring humanity back to the heart of veterinary.
I support teams to build healthier, more sustainable ways of working - especially in high-pressure environements where good people are stretched thin.
